Do you like working with spreadsheets and data?

Do you want to be a part of a fun and talented Business Development team?

What you'll do: This position is a thought partner, innovator, and subject matter expert to the Cost and Pricing. Do you like coming in to work every day and learning and doing new and different things that are fun and exciting? How do you feel about working with cacao (chocolate!) companies in Uganda or spice companies in India? If so, this is the job for you! You will collaborate with relevant HQ and country teams, establish competitive and defensible cost and pricing data, collect, and analyze financial data on existing contracts, determine unit costs, assist with budget estimation efforts, develop cost/price models based on value for money principles, and prepare ad hoc reports. You will also coordinate with relevant teams and senior staff in developing pricing strategies and making cost decisions. Does this sound fun, challenging and interesting? It is! Come join us!

About The Ideal Candidate: Cost and Pricing is who you are, it's not just your job, and you are excited (not daunted) by challenges. You are a spreadsheet ninja! You have strong communication, writing and interpersonal skills. You are a self-starter and can coordinate and motivate a cross-functional team. You enjoy traveling to economically developing countries. You enjoy strategic conversations, but also working in the weeds. You are comfortable developing and delivering effective training curricula on cost and pricing topics, and donor regulations, especially to a finance audience. If this sounds like we are describing you, we want to meet you!

Requirements: This role requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or other related fields; a master's degree is a plus. We are looking for at least 8 years of relevant experience with cost and pricing analysis for public and private agreements, grants, and contract mechanisms and at least 8 years of experience in US government cost applications and proposals. You must be willing to travel up to 20% of your time to economically developing countries. This position could sit in our offices in either Baltimore, MD or Washington, DC.

Location: Baltimore, MD or Washington, DC

Why You Should Apply: Corus offers competitive salaries, discretionary bonuses, 100% employer paid Vision insurance, lots of paid leave, generous retirement program (with a 9% company contribution), flexible work schedules and so much more! You will also receive a very generous sign on bonus!

Call to action: Do you want to make an "impact" in the world by collaborating with our business development team? Are you interested in being a leader on our cost and pricing team? Apply for immediate consideration. We look forward to hearing from you!
