What you'll do: You will establish a strong rapport with our hiring managers and understand their strategic staffing needs so that you can identify top talent for their teams. You will advise hiring managers in hiring processes salary negotiation, sourcing, position description writing, etc. You will proactively build Corus' talent pipeline and network of potential candidates. You will manage the applicant tracking system and ensure proper and consistent recording keeping.

Location: This position can work out of our Baltimore, MD or Washington, DC office

The Ideal Candidate: You are passionate about Diversity Equity and Inclusion which will drive your recruitment strategies. You have experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, building pipelines, and pursuing candidates using LinkedIn, third-party job boards, and industry-specific organizations. You can communicate effectively and negotiate complex offers to bring on top talent. You periodically need to review current recruitment practices, strategies, templates and processes and develop improvements.

Requirements: This position requires a Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, marketing, communications or other relevant field is required. A minimum of 5-7 years of related experience in areas of talent acquisition/recruitment in the international development industry needed or equivalent combination.
