About Corus: Corus International leads an ensemble of social impact organizations working together in the world's most fragile settings to deliver the holistic, lasting solutions needed to overcome the interconnected challenges of poverty, health care access and climate change. Corus is a new model in the international space, creating a consortium of specialized non-profit and for-profit entities for greater impact. Additional growth is expected.

Corus combines over 150 years of experience of our non-profit and for-profit subsidiary organizations - Lutheran World Relief, IMA World Health, CGA Technologies, Ground Up Investing, and LWR Farmers Market. Together, the organizations take a systematic approach to grow rural economies, eliminate extreme poverty, ensure access to quality healthcare, and respond to urgent humanitarian needs in fragile settings.

What You'll Do: You will serve as a point of contact and expert for quilters, kit-makers, and volunteers across the United States who share God's love through making quilts and kits for our neighbors with the very least. Your days will vary in tasks and intensity, from seasonally ramping up to help coordinate 180+ collections of quilts and kits nationally to ensuring the finer details of the Quilt & Kit Ministry are tracked in our database and other systems. You'll answer questions, provide encouragement, and link resources to donors via phone calls, emails, and social media interactions. You'll work closely with colleagues on the Marketing and Communications team to put compelling publications together for this audience, and you'll be a lynchpin in helping to develop and implement a new system to connect with donors and help them see how their gifts are making a real difference in the world.

About The Ideal Candidate: You are passionate about loving your neighbor and inspiring others to share their generosity with a world in need. You are an excellent communicator, and have experience with faith-based audiences and understand what drives them. You love details and enjoy ensuring accurate and timely tracking of information. You gain energy from thinking creatively and problem solving, and aren't afraid to take initiative. You believe in the core values of Corus International and Lutheran World Relief, and would thrive working side-by-side with others who share these values. You are a team player and long for daily work that will make a real difference in the world. If you are this person, we would love to meet you!

Requirements: This role requires a minimum of a four-year college degree. At least three to five years of experience with increasing responsibilities in project management or community engagement/volunteer coordination is required, including experience working with congregations or other faith-based groups. This position could sit in one of our offices in Baltimore, MD or St. Paul, MN.

Why You Should Apply: Corus offers competitive salaries, discretionary bonuses, 100% employer paid Vision insurance, lots of paid leave, generous retirement program, flexible work schedules and so much more!

Call to action: Are you interested in being an important part of our team? Apply for immediate consideration. We look forward to hearing from you.
